Autumn Splendor Quillow

Fall is a beautiful time of year. The Autumn Splendor quillow captures that theme and beauty in its autumn leaf pattern. This quillow is made with fifteen to twenty-five different fabrics, many with leaves in their print. The rich greens blend very well to produce a beautiful leaf. The pillow cover also has hand quilting in it.

Emma King, a local Amish lady, does an excellent job of designing and sewing all our quillows. She is not only a seamstress, but also a busy, blessed mother. Yet she still finds time for hobby of sewing quillows. If you are fortunate, you may catch a glimpse of a horse and buggy with a large bag of quillows on the back headed towards Shady Maple. It will probably be Emma, bringing us a fresh supply of quillows to Family Farm Quilts.

The quillow is a pillow that unfolds into a throw-size blanket. Because it is dual-purpose, compact, and easy to carry, the quillow is perfect for the family room or even the car. It is also a great birthday or Christmas gift for family or friends.
