Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy

Family Farm Handcrafts gladly accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover cards. Your credit card will be billed when your order is placed. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders for online orders.

Sales tax of 6% is included for Pennsylvania residents only.

Returns Policy

Family Farm Handcrafts wants you to be pleased with both your shopping experience and your purchase. If you would like to return any of the items you’ve received, please refer to the appropriate section below.

Defective or damaged goods

Our orders are double-checked before shipment, but if we’ve made a mistake or if the item is defective, please:

Call us immediately (or within 15 days) to report the problem. Please have your invoice copy handy when you call 717-354-1772. You may request either 1) a full refund upon returning the item OR 2) a replacement for the item.

Family Farm Handcrafts is not responsible for defects and damage on discounted or clearance items.

Unwanted items

If you’ve changed your mind about the item you ordered, we’ll be glad to offer return privileges under these terms:

  1. Item must be returned to our store and arrive in an undamaged condition
  2. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.
  3. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
  4. Return shipping is your expense.
  5. Only in-store credit or exchanges are given with copy of receipt

No items will refunded after 15 days of receipt date.
